Honoring our ancestors: Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath

about this event

Join us Wednesday, November 15th for an evening of heart medicine, frequency, and community, led by Cacao Lab co-founder Florencia Fridman, and Love and Alchemy Founder Natalie Valle. This event takes place shortly after Samhain and Dia De los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Bring with you a photo, piece of jewelry or memento of your loved ones to place upon the altar.

Cacao helps us connect to the natural world and has been used as a ceremonial beverage in indigenous communities for centuries. Florencia will lead us through a journey of heart opening and connection, beginning with Cacao Ceremony and leading into a Sound Healing experience facilitated by Natalie.

Sound baths take you on a journey that offers support healing on a cellular, emotional, and energetic level, facilitating a nervous system reset and bringing the mind into peace and harmony.

Sound Healing Benefits:

• Activates Higher States of Consciousness

• Unlocks Blocked Emotions

• Relieves Anxiety and Stress

• Promotes Deep Meditation

• Improves Ability to Concentrate

• Relieves Insomnia

Please dress warm and comfortably. This event will take place indoors at the beautiful “The Nest” in Hollywood.

Feel free to bring a blanket and anything that will make you feel comfortable.

Address will be provided upon RSVP.
