This 1.5 hour process group is dedicated to artists looking to find support in challenges that occur along the path and journey of being an artist. This space is a chance to connect with other like minded individuals. No one is forced to speak and your presence in holding care goes very far. We will start with a grounding practice, journal prompt, and check in. We will mention a few topics but anything you want to discuss and share is welcome in this space relating to being an artist. You can say if you would like feedback or just want the group to listen. There will be prompts on how to give feedback. We hope you join and leave the group feeling more resourced, less alone, and more supported in your artistic endeavors!
