Join internationally-based teacher Douglas Drummond, master drummer Sanga of the Valley, and musical savant Nick Ayers for a rich experience of dance, breathwork, and heartfelt sharing. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges and joys of this moment and explore how we can show up—for ourselves, for each other, and for our wider communities.
