This retreat is centered on renewing a sense of joy & wonder for life, seeing all the beauty that this life has to offer, and connecting us back to ourselves and to nature.

We will be practicing yoga daily, exploring different meditations, experiencing transformational breathwork, spending time in nature through hiking, mindful eating, connecting to the beautiful new moon energy, bathing in sound baths, and more.
