What constitutes living well? And, what practices can we implement in our lives to live mindfully and with intention? Join Amanda Gilbert Meditation and Mel Nahas, from Conscious City Guide for a special mindful tea ceremony, talk and meditation on how it is we can embody, integrate and live our lives truly well from the inside out.During this intimate gathering, Amanda and Mel will be sharing insights on how to develop a mindful lifestyle, the psychology of living well, and how to have integration between your external and inner environments. This is a gathering for creatives, practitioners and anyone who wants to deepen their embodiment of living mindfully and well.

Amanda Gilbert is a meditation teacher, speaker, recent lecturer of mindfulness at the University of Southern California, and the author of Kindness Now: A 28-Day Guide to Living with Authenticity, Intention and Compassion. She shares her inspiring approach to meditation with public audiences across the US, on online apps and through wellness initiatives and activations. Amanda’s message also includes mindful lifestyle practices, mindful eating and cooking, mindful movement and collective wellness.

Like the tea leaf unfurling in water, the ritual of tea ceremony and the way of tea infinitely reveals layers of self, our connection to nature and others. Woven together by a symphony of the elements, tea is served bowl by bowl by Conscious City Guide co-founder Mel Nahas in the tradition of teacher, Wu De, and his school of Cha Dao and Zen meditation, Tea Sage Hut, in Taiwan. Mel says, “Tea has profoundly changed my life and it is my honor to share this practice with you, in reverence to the elements and in giving to the center and teachers who nourish my practice so they may continue to share the Way of Tea with others.”
