Yoga for ALL Bodies / Herbal Tea at Pease Park

Led by Bailey Thomas, Certified Trauma informed Yoga Teacher and heart centered Folk Herbalist. 

Each flow will be rooted in accessible functional movement that will help regulate our nervous systems. Liberating us from narratives of shame while being held in a community that celebrates body diversity, we will call back our power. We will call back our pleasure. We will call back our joy! 

My classes will prioritize Body autonomy, which means each flow will be a guided suggestion. I will always encourage you to listen and be with your body in any way that feels nourshining. Even if that means you lounge on your mat the whole practice. You will be celebrated in any way you arrive.

This series will be hosted in the Live Oak Meadow of Pease park. After our flow, I will be serving a nourishing herbal tea. You are invited to stay and chat with other guests and while you sip. 

Things to Bring: Mat/Blanket to practice on, Cup for Tea, & Water bottle.
