Daily Schedule

  • Mornings offer Pranayama: Breathing Sequences, Concentration Techniques, and Meditation presented systematically to develop greater health, mental clarity, and the deep calm! YogaFlow: Organic Movement, Breath, and Concentration in a dynamic practice fusing Functional Anatomy, Bio-Mechanics, and Alignment Principles that is concise, logical, and cohesive!
  • Mid-day is an opportunity to walk the beach, soak up the sun, relax in the hammocks, enjoy the Infinity Pool, sauna, grab a kayak and explore the coastline, spa treatments, massage, Temazcal (sacred sweat lodge ritual), ice bath therapy, surf and SUP lessons, journaling! Feel the peace coursing through you, thankful to have taken this time to honor yourself!
  • Afternoons offer Yoga Fundamentals: an in-depth practice of Natural Alignment within the 7 posture groups taught systematically increasing knowledge of the postures and their components, modifications, and prop use building strength, flexibility, endurance, and equilibrium! Yoga Nidra/Guided Meditation: an expansive, transformational experience creating the integration of the teachings presented each day. A profound experience of the deep calm that affects the brain waves flowing from Beta to Alpha to Theta!
