Womb Wisdom Workshop

Calling all women who are feeling drawn to reconnect to their womb, menstrual cycle, hormones and feminine power. Join Holistic Women’s Health Practitioner, Nutritionist and Herbalist, Elizabeth Rose, owner of The Adeptist for a nourishing Sunday afternoon of womb wisdom, holisitc hormone care and embodied feminine nourishment.

This class if for you if:

  • You’re desiring deeper connection with yourself, your body and your menstrual cycle
  • You’re seeking grounded knowledge around how to care for your body and hormones as a woman
  • You deal with PMS and/or difficult, painful or irregular periods
  • You’ve been given a diagnosis of PCOS, Endo, Fibroids or PMDD
  • You have a history of birth control use or are currently on birth control but are curious about what it might be like to shift to natural alternatives
  • You tend to feel overly stressed and under fullfilled (aka burnt out)
  • You struggle to feel connected and good in your body (or have struggled with body dysmorphia, restrictive eating or other forms of control/restriction with your body)
  • You desire to connect to more purpose, passsion and enjoyment in your life
  • You desire to feel empowered and knowledgable about your female physiology
  • You’re curious about what is possible in terms of your health, vitality, intuition and personal power when you restore your connection to your womb-center and menstrual cycle

As women, we were not given much support or knowledge about how to tend to our womanhood. As a Holistic Women’s Health Practitioner, I hold space for women everyday who are feeling lost and out of touch with their bodies. This was me too! And now, my work is centered around providing the resources for women to come home to themselves, their cycles and their bodies for a deeper experience of vitality and fullfillment as they move through their lives.

In this workshop, we will bridge the practical with the mystical; the science and the spirituality. Our wombs connect us to the unseen, are a repository for unprocessed emotions and are the seat of our power as women. Our wombs are also connected to digestive health, nervous system regulation and nearly every physiological process in the body. In this way, our wombs require a truly holistic understanding for us to live in harmony with our female form.

Topics we will cover:

  • Rhythms of the womb: A deep dive into the 4 different phases of the menstrual cycle. How our mood, energy levels and behaviors change throughout these 4 phases. And how to eat, move and live in order to honor each of these 4 phases.
  • PMS and it’s deeper message
  • Working with accessible herbs and plant allies to nourish our wombs and bring balance to our hormonal system
  • Optimizing our cycles for easeful periods
  • Dropping into the womb space for improved mood, nervous system regulation and less anxiety
  • Womb memory: How the womb holds memory and experiences that often require tending to.
  • Reconnecting to the power of our womb and getting in touch with any supressed or ignored wisdom that she has for us.
  • Self womb massage: your new weekly practice for bringing healing to the womb
  • Closing meditation and reflections

**Important: Please where comfy clothes and ideally a shirt and pants that you’re able to shift and move around to practice self womb massage.
