Valentines Day Couples Connection Experience

about this event

Ready to rediscover the joy of falling in love, with a side of laughter and a dash of soulful connection?

Hey there, love adventurers,

This Valentine’s, why not skip the cliché chocolates and step into something a bit more… electric? I’m Lumalia, your captain on this voyage into the heart’s playful depths, where giggles meet deep gazes and where every move is a love letter penned by the body. Ready for a somatic movement meditation experience that’s less about sitting still and more about moving joyfully into each other’s hearts?

This isn’t just another date night. It’s a laughter-filled leap into love for couples who’ve seen a few things, shared dreams, and are itching to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on their connection.

What is a somatic movement meditation? It’s connecting mind and body with guided, gentle, and easy exercises that allow a shared connection on a deeper level than words can always hold. Our bodies are full of so much beautiful mystery that we, as humans, are barely beginning to understand. Often, these types of modalities are used in therapy, but I bring them to more profound healing for people battling with mental health issues. I bring this practice to prompt joy and play states; healing is just a bonus that naturally happens.
