This therapist-led guided meditation and visualization practice, led by Francesca Aborn (LCSW), is designed to help you navigate life’s difficulties with a new sense of clarity, utilizing the BRAAVE method developed by Francesca—a structured yet creative approach that blends elements of EMDR, IFS, and somatic awareness to help you process emotions and access inner guidance. Chairs will be provided, and no prior experience with therapy or meditation is necessary—just come as you are. If you’d like to dive deeper into your experience, feel free to bring a journal for personal reflection afterward.

Weather permitting, we’ll be outside in the backyard. If the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll move the meditation indoors to stay cozy. Afterward, stick around to grab a drink and enjoy the space with others. It’s a great opportunity to relax, reflect, and connect in a welcoming environment.
