Self-love is a broad, personal and delightful concept with biology and psychology backing its massive benefits for the mind and body. 

In the Science of Self Love Part 2, Beth Klein will discuss the more advanced, obscure, sometimes darker and more provocative ways we are called to love ourselves and create the reality we want.

This talk will begin with a short, guided meditation, a short recap and discussion of main points from Part 1 and end with a short Q&A.

Beth is a Holistic Health Coach and works to empower her individual clients and groups to fully embody their roles as co-creators with the Universe to shape and manifest all aspects of their realities. Her passions and teachings include the art of managing stress through adjusting perception and vibration with various techniques and practices including meditation, nutrition and consumption, plant medicine, movement and lifestyle coaching.
