A Breathwork & Happiness Workshop Series: Forgiveness, a gift to yourself

Breathwork Meditation Coach, Jenna Reiss, and Inspirationist & Happiness Expert, Tia Graham, have partnered together to bring you The Mountain Series: a series of healing day retreats to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself, connect with your internal authenticity and happiness. Taking place in the local Santa Monica mountains, this series can be purchased as a package with all (3) sessions, or individually.

Each workshop we will follow a similar flow including:

  • Opening Circle: Intention setting
  • Explore the Science of Happiness in relation to day’s theme with interactive talks and exercises
  • Nature Walk
  • Healthy Lunch
  • Circle Work & Intuitive Coaching
  • Breathwork Meditation
  • Reflection Circle

This workshop is for Forgiveness, a gift to yourself – October 27 @9-1pm

Forgiveness: a gift to yourself

Join Breathwork Meditation Coach Jenna Reiss and Happiness Expert Tia Graham for a day in Mother Nature exploring the power and gift of forgiveness.

One of the most difficult, yet invaluable lessons we will learn in our human experience is to forgive. Forgiveness allows for us to no longer be held back from living the life we intend. We live in a world where we feel fairness is important, where we hold grudges when we, or our loved ones are wronged, and when our values are questioned. But what might be possible if we embrace forgiveness?

We’ll start today experiencing the profound research of Dr. Fred Luskin, Director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Project, and learn how to forgive the people who have hurt you as a means to increase your personal happiness and become more grounded. Together we will claim the heavy that weighs you down, for where our attention goes, energy will flow, and we will let it go for you, for your own healing, to let your light be freed from the trapped doors of negativity and shine brightly again.

What is breathwork ::

Breathwork is a 2-step active breathing technique that moves stagnant energy in the body. This practice can leave you feeling cracked open and more ready to step into your life as your authentic, natural self.
