- engage in thought-provoking prompts that explore emotional health, openness, and expansiveness in relationships.
At the heart of this course, we examine what it means to live a heart-centered life and its profound relationship to the practice of tea.

By signing up for any of the classes, you will receive an electronic copy of the Summer Course Workbook, written by Colin Hudon, Living Tea Founder, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and Herbalist. The workbook serves as a resource, providing guidance and support as you navigate the practices and concepts explored in the course.
