As winter softens and the energy of spring begins to rise, this workshop invites you to align body and mind with the season’s momentum. Drawing from principles in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll focus on supporting the Liver and Wood element through twisting, breathwork, and movement designed to circulate qi and clear stagnation.

Together we’ll “spring clean” the body — releasing stored tension, waking up the connective tissues, and building gentle momentum after the stillness of winter. Expect a thoughtfully sequenced practice, breathwork, and meridian-based movement designed to refresh the body, clarify the mind, and help you create the best conditions for growth in the season ahead.
