Introducing the Living Tea Spring Vitality Course, a transformative journey rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Chinese Five Elements and tea practice. As we embrace the season of renewal and growth, this course aims to equip you with practices that will nurture your health and well-being during the Spring.

Throughout the course, we will dive deep into the Wood Element, a powerful force representing the energy of springtime. By exploring the Wood Element, we will focus on nourishing the Liver and Gall Bladder, organs closely associated with this elemental energy. Through the lens of the Five Elements, we will explore practices, foods, herbs, and teas that will provide optimal support for your health and well-being.

Saturday, March 23rd at 8amMT: Crafting a Vision

Saturday, March 30th at 8amMT: Brewing methods – Sidehandle Bowl Tea and Spring Teas

Saturday, April 6th at 8amMT: Movement Class

Saturday, April 13th at 8amMT: Transitioning to Fire and Group Share

*Each class is $25 OR purchase all five (5) classes for $100.

By signing up for any of the classes, you will receive an electronic copy of the Spring Vitality Workbook, written by Colin Hudon, Living Tea Founder, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and Herbalist. The workbook serves as a resource, providing guidance and support as you navigate the practices and concepts explored in the course.
