It’s a paradox — creating boundaries makes you more attractive.
It works in dating.
At your job.
And in your energy field.
But boundaries have a negative connotation. They’re not there to keep people out. Rather, boundaries exist as a form of honoring the sacred within ourselves.
In this workshop we will take a deep dive into the process of Self-Honoring, a highly effective and soul-centered approach to creating healthy boundaries. Attune to your innate self-worth, ground in your body and feel supported in owning your right to
be you with the tools of Self-Honoring.
Emily Anderson, a transformational coach and founder of Life of the Mind, empowers her clients with the belief that they are sacred, and that their unique, individual self is worth honoring.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- A thorough understanding of the process of Self-Honoring, why this terminology is so much more effective and healing than that of “boundaries”, and how to stay grounded in your self and your truth both in the moment and on an ongoing basis.
- Answers to FAQs on the process of Self-Honoring as well as debunking the most common fears around what it means to embody your truth – things like codependency and enmeshment, moving out of your comfort zone vs. violating your inner guidance, and how to deal with the tests that can and will come when you start fully owning your right to be you.
- A sense of empowerment and clarity as how to embody your truth in the world.
This is a virtual workshop — attendees will be able to ask questions in real time and get feedback from Emily.
Can’t make the virtual event live broadcast? No biggie. All attendees will receive an audio, video, and PDF version of the workshop digitally.
