Like the tea leaf unfurling in water, the ritual of tea ceremony and the way of tea infinitely reveals layers of self, our connection to nature and others. Woven together by a symphony of the elements, tea is served bowl by bowl by Conscious City Guide co-founder Mel Nahas in the tradition of teacher, Wu De, and his school of Cha Dao and Zen meditation, Tea Sage Hut, in Taiwan.  

To fully bask into the wisdom of this Medicine, we will be bathed in sound waves by Take Care Holistic Esthetician and Sound Alchemist, Becca Edmondson with healing touch by Take Care co-founder, Tess Adams during a deeply restorative full body Reiki & sound healing experience designed to align the 7 chakra and restore mind & body harmony to the sun and moon sides of ourselves.
