Meet your Guide
Jen Quade is a Holistic Nurse and Healer who served in an inner city ICU for 7 years. After becoming frustrated and burned-out by the conventional medical system she then went on to study with master plant teachers & healers in the jungle.
Jen dedicates her life to sharing the transformational benefits of holistic healing and spirituality.
She shares her work in her women’s health private practice, movement classes and retreats, plant medicine and sweat lodge ceremonies, and through her passion for coaching and teaching with the intention to help you heal yourself, expand your consciousness and become more of who you really are.
