In Sacred Flow, we believe that all women are dancers and the body holds all the wisdom. Through a blend of ritual, ceremony, and sensual movement, we guide you to ignite your sacred flow.

About your facilitators:

Mia, whose spiritual practice is rooted in dance, supports individuals and groups to feel erotically empowered, and celebrates eros as the life-force energy that flows through us all.

Fanya weaves her devotion to yoga, meditation, and ceremony into her offerings, guiding women towards a deeper connection to themselves. She extends her offerings both individually and in her group gatherings.

All Femme identified bodies are welcome, celebrated and accommodated. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and make a cup of hot tea, on us!
