Join us in northern Nicaragua for a Rise Up retreat with Tawny Avonne, an intuitive teacher, wisdom woman and Reiki Master, on 18 – 25th of March.

Enjoy the fun and liberating experience of surfing in warm water with excellent surf coaches, intertwined with engaging in a deep process of intuitive teachings. A time to come with questions about your own life, if you are in a quandary or life transition, or simply a wonderful opportunity to receive intuitive guidance and clarity.

The Workshops

Our daily 2-hour workshops with Tawny will be a space to look deeper into your own life. We will delve into intuitive processes and learn from various tools including breath work, archetypes, the enneagram, heart math, shadow work, the energy body and getting closer to our intuition.

Come with the desire to go deeper, and leave with the tools to continue to fulfil your call to be a channel of peace, hope, joy, truth and love.

The Surf

We offer something a little different to other surf retreats: we tailor all sessions according to your level, have small surf groups (1-3 guests per coach), and daily surf theory and video analysis sessions throughout the week.

The Location

The retreat will be hosted at Tranquil Escape in northern Nicaragua, a minimalist luxury resort on a teak farm that spills over onto the ocean. It is a peaceful location with uncrowded waves and some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

The Yoga

Restorative yoga classes will take place in our yoga shala overlooking the ocean to complement the surf and give you time to rest and rejuvenate.

The Food

Hearty but healthy meals will give you the recovery and nutrition you need. Our in-house chef is one of a kind and each meal is uniquely fresh and healthy.

The total price per person is $3,250 USD for a double room.
