“Healing comes when we meet our wounded places with compassion.” — Stephen Levine

As we feel the body and are attentive to its needs through movement, we can connect with the softness of our heart and open it to healing by journeying into a compassionate state. And through this practice we can let go of the past and reclaim our beautiful hearts.

Whether you have gone through recent loss, experienced hurt or want to find more compassion for yourself, this is the practice for you.

“Whatever shame or unworthiness we have within us arises—much of our early childhood and family pain, the mother and father wounds we hold, the isolation, any past abuse, physical or sexual, are all stored in the heart.” JACK KORNFIELD

What to expect?

YOGA led by Kimi Moon.

Allow yourself to surrender as you are guided through a heart opening sequence. This yin inspired vinyasa yoga creates an introspective experience for you the practitioner. Postures are heart and hip focused, places where the body tends to hold grief and emotions. This practice is gentle on both the heart and soul. We will be moving with great ease as we take this time to let go and reopen our hearts.
