Pussy Empowered Dance Class is designed for exploring our authentic embodied and expressed power. Together we get grounded, set intentions and anchor into the present through our sensuality. We begin by establishing intimacy with ourselves, exploring taking up space and allowing ourselves to be witnessed. From there we learn a choreography which included embodied affirmations and postures for inhabiting our power. Led by Alyssa Aparicio
