Pilates, Osteoporosis and Osteopenia Workshop

Has your doctor expressed concern about your loss of bone density? Have

you been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis? If so, this is the

workshop for you!

In this workshop, we will focus on how to help

increase and maintain bone density by doing the proper exercises. We

will teach you: body mechanics, resistance exercises on and off the

Reformer, which movements should be avoided and more. While osteoporosis

is most common in women over 50, anyone with low bone density will

benefit from this information.

confident in knowing what you can do to keep your bones strong and

healthy. You’ll be glad you came 🙂
