Join Natalie and me for a beautiful celebration of my birthday. My birthday used to lack meaning for me. I didn’t realize how sacred it was to celebrate my life and for the first time, I really am understanding that I deserve to celebrate taking breath. I will be leading a beautiful and heart opening 30 minute vinyasa flow to get you into your body and then my lovely soul sister Natalie from Love and Alchemy, will be giving some sound healing magic with her beautiful singing bowls. After, we will do an optional share space. Feel free to BYOW. I hope to see you there. We will be celebrating life at Venice Beach at the rainbow tower at 7 pm. Make sure you bring your own mat, blanket, and something cozy to watch the sunset in.

In addition to this beautiful celebration of life, I, Natalie, will be guiding you through a brief new moon ceremony as well to harness the energy of this new moon in Cancer and manifest our best lives.
