Free flowing poses in a playful but safe yoga practice, includes music, each class is a themed play with mind and body, using vinyasa, hatha, yin and a pinch of spice and maybe some improv (only when you have no idea what everyone else is doing). The postures will be simple and accessible to everyone, but this does not mean that the practice will be easy; there will be some challenging moments. Drop-in £10 or 5 for £40
