FOR A CEREMONIAL GATHERING AND PRACTICE:

We’ll gather in circle to share information, herbs and postural support for embodying the cycles of femininity: menses, pregnancy and menopause.

Open to all including but not limited to people who will, do, or have bled; and those who love them.

Please wear comfortable clothing to move mildly in; and bring something red; or that represents femininity for you.

Sliding scale – $15-$35

Your Facilitators:

Ashley Jean Nelson and Erica Morton Magill are humans who bleed. They are also humans with disciplined commitments to their yoga practices, and to the exploration of human connection.

Ashley is a southern California native, student of yoga and life, hatha yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), full-time lover with a healing heart, and a part-time driver with a terrible writing habit.

Erica is the co-founder of Los Angeles Yoga Club, and the neighboring apothecary Ardor. She is trained as a social scientist in Medical Anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley; and spent over a decade at the intersection of yoga and social justice teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditation, writing and art to incarcerated and at-risk teenage girls in the San Francisco Bay Area.Together, they are honored to bring you a day of exploring the bleeding body as sacred.
