What if healing begins not only with what we do, but with how deeply we listen — to our bodies, our intuition, our inner wisdom and the natural world around us?

In this experiential 90-minute presentation, psychotherapist, educator, and holistic practitioner Sue Waldman brings Cayce’s wisdom into contemporary life through the lens of both her four decades of professional experience and her own personal healing journey.

Together, participants will explore:

* Edgar Cayce’s holistic understanding of body, mind, and spirit

* Meditation, prayer, and inner listening

* Dreams, intuition, and the wisdom of the unconscious

* Castor oil and hydrotherapy within Cayce’s approach to wellness

* Essential oils and nature-based practices

* Food as nourishment and an element of conscious living

* Stress, the nervous system, and well-being

* Nature as sanctuary and a pathway back to presence

* Mindfulness and guided imagery for emotional and spiritual well-being

* Simple practices to bring greater intention and awareness into everyday life

Rather than simply learning about Edgar Cayce, participants are invited to experience his wisdom as a living practice — one rooted in curiosity, presence, and a deeper relationship with themselves and the natural world.

Come with an open heart and a curious mind. Leave with new possibilities for bringing greater awareness, nourishment, and sacred intention into the way you care for your body, mind, and spirit.

Inspiration Behind the Presentation

Sue’s relationship with holistic living has unfolded over decades through her work as a psychotherapist, wellness coach, and educator, as well as through her own personal and spiritual journey.

She has practiced meditation and guided imagery daily since 2004. Over time, her exploration of healing expanded beyond the traditional counseling room to embrace mindfulness, energy work, creativity, nature, and the wisdom found in everyday rituals of conscious living.

Her journey eventually led her to create The Pink Light Sanctuary®, a living garden sanctuary where roses, herbs, wildlife, water, and the changing seasons have become teachers in their own right.

This presentation is an invitation not simply to learn about that wisdom, but to experience it personally and to leave with practices that can continue long after the program has ended.

Please note: This event will be recorded, and the recording shared with all event registrants. You have full control over whether your personal video transmission is turned on or off at any point during the event, and whether you choose to share or interact in any way while the event is being recorded.
