Join us at the Soft Space by Mama Glow for a centering and grounding space for supportive community space.
In this hour-long gathering, we’ll create a space that’s free of judgment and open to all, where we can talk about the various emotions and transformations that accompany new parenthood. Together, we’ll take a moment to realign, share, and discover ways to navigate and hopefully find joy in the ups and downs of the perinatal journey. Through expert support and faciliation, Mama Glow Community Doula Coorinator and Lactation Counselor, Karma Tudor will answer your questions and help you build your confidence as you navigate the perinatal journey!
