Since March of 2020 we have been offering Mama Glow Doula Homeschool: Level 2 training program online to serve our global community.

The Mid-Winter 2024 weekly LEVEL 2 program covers complicated birth and the postpartum period and will take place once per week on Sundays over a 6-week period, skipping Easter Sunday.
Starting Sunday, February 25th – April 7th. Sundays from 12pm-3:30pm ET.
The course tuition is offered at $725.00 + processing fees
PREREQUISITE: THIS COURSE IS OPEN TO MAMA GLOW DOULAS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MAMA GLOW DOULA HOMSCHOOL: LEVEL 1 PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM.

The MAMA GLOW DOULA HOMESCHOOL virtual training program includes LIVE digital training via Zoom with Latham Thomas and modules with guest teachers, assignments to complete at home and with your fellow doula trainees.
There is ample time to connect digitally for face-to-face chat online with your doula siblings. Level 2 Doula Trainees will have a designated TA (a Teacher Assistant) to help support you during the program in our private online community.

The Mama Glow Doula Homeschool LEVEL 2 weekly professional training program will take place on consecutive Sundays starting February 25th – April 7th (skipping Easter Sunday)

The virtual program will include hours of LIVE video training via Zoom with Latham Thomas and modules with guest teachers, digital assignments to complete at home. Plus opportunities for group and partnered work and ample time to connect digitally for face-to-face chat online with your doula siblings.
This course is open to all Mama Glow Doula trainees who have completed the Mama Glow Level 1 Doula Immersion or Homeschool Level 1 Training program and are ready to keep up the momentum and support families through complicted birth and along the postpartum continuum.
Our work at Mama Glow is to improve the experience of birth for people everywhere. We are changing the face of maternal health by empowering birthing people at the threshold of change in their lives. We see birth as a unique opportunity to support and empower birthing people as well as educate society about the innate strength of the body and the sacred process of pregnancy and birth. We offer full spectrum support for fertility, birth clients and new parents, holding their hands as they transition into this new phase of their lives. We seek to dismantle the stigmas and fears around the birth process. We also work to democratize birth support and have birth doulas available for every person who desires one.
The 6-week LEVEL 2 Program will be jam packed with content and assignments. As birth activism is central to the pulse of our mission and training, we will continue to weave the thread of advocacy with our distinguished, world-renowned and award-winning guest teachers. Our unique LEVEL 2 format will expand in subject matter and depth upon our foundational LEVEL 1 training, taking a deeper dive into complicated birth and the postnatal experience. The course includes preparation and education for postpartum doula support. It is our belief that every doula who emerges from the immersion program should be equipped to serve birthing people before, during and after pregnancy. To that end, in addition to labor and birth support, all doulas who have completed LEVEL 2 will be equipped to support birthing people through the postpartum period.

Level 1 Doula Trainees will have a designated TA (a Teacher Assistant) to help support you during the program in our private online community. Trainees have an orientation the week prior to class starting and a private group within our online membership platform.

After completion of the LEVEL 2 course program and the completion of course certification materials and certification packet, you will be MAMA GLOW certified. LEVEL 2 will prepare doula trainees to begin working in all settings including in traditionally underserved communities. Doulas who have completed LEVEL 2 are prepared to support mothers and birthing people in the postnatal period. Many of our doulas have successfully transitioned into full time doula work.
Our program is a pathway to securing work as a practicing doula and we provide opportunities for our Mama Glow Doula Trainees (DT) and Mama Glow Certified Doulas (CD) to secure birthing clients around the USA and the world through our bespoke Doula Matching service and private pay clients, private partnerships and community-based doula programs through the Mama Glow Foundation.
