La Cura Supper Club

The literal translation of La Cura from Italian is “the cure” and for founder Olivia Muniak, raised in a restaurant family in New York City, her philosophy is that time spent at the table can solve almost anything.

This month will are toasting to the season of food, family & friends. We will start our evening with cocktails from Cari Hah of Big Bar in Los Feliz, she will be shaking up Negroni’s with Brooklyn Gin from and zero-proof Seedlip cocktails.

Next we will share a rich holiday feast of winter chicories salad with a creamy dressing, an earthy mushroom risotto, both with Gallina cheese flown in from Italy, a flakey striped bass, and lamb roast from Apricot Lane Farms (The Biggest Little Farm). Finally we will finish with holiday persimmon cake with crème fraîche and candied nuts.
