One of my favorite parts of California is the Santa Ynez Valley with it’s gorgeous landscapes and sleepy cowboy towns. It is THE perfect weekend getaway from L.A.! It’s a quick scenic drive to Los Alamos which is the hidden gem of the valley. The town has only one main road which is filled with insanely delicious restaurants, natural winemakers that understand the land, and quirky renovated motels providing the perfect place to stay.
For this inaugural Jette Sette Weekend you will get to experience my favorite spots all chosen with you in mind. This weekend is designed as a reset for your body, mind & spirit. Not only will you get to enjoy 2 intimate Pilates classes taught by Briana Masson and hike the valley… you will also dine at Bell’s a french bistro where chef Daisy Ryan is a Per Se alum. This weekend will give you a chance to unwind and reconnect to yourself. We all need time away from our daily stressors to find our center both physically and mentally. In Los Alamos, you will finally be able to sit back, relax and just focus on you whether it’s toning your body during pilates or enjoying good conversation over a glass of wine. You will leave this experience standing taller, feeling more grounded and motivated for the months to come. This Jette Sette Weekend in Los Alamos is the perfect fall reset.
But one of the most important parts of this Weekend of Wellness & Wine (and all future Jette Sette Trips!) is that 10% of proceeds will be donated to a local non – profit in the area. It has become increasingly important to me to support and give back to these communities. For this fall trip I have chosen to donate to The Los Alamos Foundation. This local organization works to honor the heritage of Los Alamos while also supporting the undeniable growth of the town. Each summer they provide a free summer camp to children as well as offer scholarships to students who show strong leadership skills and a commitment to their community as well as a scholarship for the arts.
