Holy Macros! with Molli-Rose Glickman

about this event

A message from Molli:

“Hi there, my name is Molli and I’m a south Florida native who has always been a part of the health and wellness space. I graduated with my BA in Human Communication from UCF, I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and am now studying to earn my Masters in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine while working at Lululemon in Boca Raton! Food as medicine is my passion. I believe that, generally speaking, all of the answers to unlock optimal health are given to us by Mother Nature, and we simply need to tap into the gifts she provides us. What really lights me up is educating and guiding those around me to empower them to make the best decisions around the foods they eat and take control of their health to feel their best. My philosophy is that the foods we eat should first and foremost be beneficial for our health, and secondly, but just as importantly, bring us joy.”
