Join us for Yoga in the Gallery, a gentle vinyasa flow class lead by yogi, shaman, and energy worker Tiffany Cooper under the glow of Lyn Godley’s transfixing light installations.
Tiffany Cooper will explain the astrological significance of the first full moon (and lunar eclipse!) of the year and how to use that energy to manifest in your own life. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, water, and comfortable clothes.
Accessibility note: HOT•BED is a 2nd floor walkup with no elevator.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Tiffany Cooper began her journey with yoga in 1997 while living in Santa Monica, California. After moving to Pennsylvania she found a supportive community of yoga practitioners and decided she wanted to share the many gifts yoga has given her with others.
She is an Usui Reiki Master and a Four Winds trained Shaman. Tiffany has received all of the Munay-Ki healing rites. As an herbalist, astrologer and intuitive she uses her connection to the supernatural world to do readings to help others connect with the energy around them and use it to heal. She is certified in Vinyasa Flow yoga, Bhakti yoga, and leads meditation classes and seminars.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Lyn Godley’s work is in numerous museum and private collections, including the MoMA, MAD Museum, the Jewish Museum, MUDE Museum in Portugal, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
In addition to her studio work, she is a full-time Associate Professor of Industrial Design at Thomas Jefferson University. There, she is developing a Cross-Disciplinary concentration in Lighting Design with a focus on Light as Experience. She has spoken on the topics of Light and Health, and Cross-Disciplinary Lighting Design Education at both National and International conferences, and is the Principal Investigator for Jefferson on a 3 year EU Erasmus funded grant, ‘Light4Health’, together with five other international universities to develop open-source curriculum on the effects of light on health.
