I am an ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide and lead regularly in various formal gardens thorughout greater Los Angeles. Additionally, i am a reiki master, sound bath practitioner and mindfulness meditation facilitoator trained at UCLA Marc. This month I am crafting an immersive experience that weaves together my interest in astrology, the wisdom of the moon, my sound healing practice, reiki and leading in circle to create an honoring of the Winter Solstice. We will craft smudge or sain bundles, deepen into the messaging of the solstice–the ending of this year, bathe in sacred sound (crystal bowls, gongs, bells, and more) and share in circle together. Beautiful snacks and an herbal tisane will be shared at the end. This is a very small, intimate gathering in a private home in Glendale CA.
