KAP is a unique transmission of life force energy that awakens your Kundalini (Shakti, Chi, Qi) and light within. It is a highly intelligent energy that contains a wide spectrum of frequencies that powerfully release what is unaligned within the mind, body, emotions, energetic field and your overall life. KAP is a natural practice that creates an energetic container for cathartic release to attain higher states of consciousness and deepen connection to Source.

How it Works:

In a session you simply lay on yoga mat for about an hour. Your body knows what to do. Kundalini is your own innate energy and spiritual intelligence. Your only task is to relax the mind, surrender and release expectation or judgment. Curated music is played to guide the journey, while a trained facilitator channels and activates the energy through your body. Chakra and Meridian points are touched to open, release blockages and realign balance. When the session ends, you will ground and share your experience to support and integrate collectively. If you prefer, touching is not required.

What to Expect:

Every individual and session is uniquely different. The energy is potent, yet gentle and will meet you where you are. Electric sensations may ripple though your body in cathartic waves, from the crown of your head to your feet. You may feel hot or cold from one moment to the next. Buried emotions may rise to the surface to be transmuted and released. Spontaneous movement, shaking or yoga postures are very common. Some feel the need to laugh and sing, others scream and cry. Each session gracefully builds on the last. KAP is a safe energetic space to heal on a deeper level, above and beyond your current limited reality.

Visions, astral travel, Divine messages, bliss states, remembrance of past lives, newfound awareness and feelings of unconditional love are frequently a beautiful part of the experience. Note that some may not feel anything during the 1st or 2nd session. Depending on how sensitive you are, it may take several sessions to be able to fully surrender. It is a transmission process, not a self-willed or self-generated process. It’s the path of surrender, not the path of will. With continued exposure, the deeper you are able to go.

How to Prepare:

Bring a yoga mat to lay on, water and an open mind & heart. Dress comfortably in clothing that is not restrictive. It is recommended to come to the session on an empty stomach or having eaten lightly, as it contributes to a more profound effect. Please be sure to refrain from all intoxicants 24 hours before and during the ceremony. KAP is never intended to be mixed with marijuana, alcohol, plant medicines or recreational drugs of any kind.
