🌕 A somatic wisdom journey to uncover the stories within 🤍

Sunday August 18th in Los Angeles | 10:30 am

Through a curated selection of Somatic practices + Healing Hypnosis® and a sharing circle participants will be guided to listen to their bodies and allow them to communicate the stories and messages they hold.

We will explore themes such as self care, embodiment, trauma and symptom healing, helping you address the root cause, whether they are beliefs, emotions, physical pain, or energy blockages.

 In a safe and inclusive circle we will embark on a shared journey of self-discovery and healing. 

This workshop will be held at a private residence near Hollywood – Larchmont.
