Full Moon Breathwork & Sacred Somatics

This active breathwork technique, in the style taught in David Elliot Healer Trainings, is an invitation to practice being with the sensorial experiences in the body as part of a deep healing process.

You will experience a clearing of your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies to leave your nervous system reset and recharged.
