Ecstatic Breathwork takes you through a transcendental journey. With this active breathing technique, you may be able to reach non-ordinary states of consciousness, access repressed memories, move stagnant energy in your body, and release what needs to go. If you are longing to feel more free, alive, and live in your full expression – come and explore the depths of this transformative practice.
Shamanic Sound Journey
What makes this evening extra special is the new, live music element. The breathwork session will be accompanied by a shamanic sound journey – live drumming, song, and ancient mantras to evoke vibrations from the Universe and the presence of your protective spirit guides.
