EXPRESS includes a combination of guided meditation, movement & creative writing exercises to tap into the power of your words — as you unlock your feelings, emotions and sensations and transmute them into word alchemy. This workshop is for both writers and non-writers, dancers and non-dancers alike.

About Your Guide:

Dionisia is a writer, storyteller, teacher, artist and ritualist. Ever the word lover, she buried herself in books while studying English Literature at Colgate University in upstate New York — and received her yoga teacher training at the renowned Kripalu Yoga Center in the Berkshires. Driven by a passion for inspired living, purpose and communion with the natural world, Dionisia brings wisdom and a sense of wonder to her words. Inspired by nature, the elements, life as ceremony, and ritual, she weaves words into poetry that every human can understand — simply by virtue of being alive. When she’s not writing, she spends most of her free time hiking to alpine lakes, meditating over herbs and art, and whispering to flowers and trees. She is a freelance writer for brands in the spirituality and wellness space, and has been teaching her EXPRESS: Embodied Words offering around the world for over a decade.
