Pregnancy isn’t just about preparing for a new being in your life. The preperation for parenthood is a deep emotional journey inward. A transformation stirring. Feelings of fear, depression, isolation and supporting your emotional and you r physical self can be challenging. 

We will be walking you through a series of techniques while bringing awareness and acknowledgement around where you are as an expecting person. You will leave feeling more prepared for ups and downs of pregnancy, grounded, and empowered to be a support for yourself during this time.

Join Jennifer Cox and Lindsey Bliss (co-founder of Carriage House Birth) in this 4 part class series. Both will guide you in their areas of expertise. Lindsey has extensive knowledge as a doula and birth educator. Has trained doulas and has helped birth countless of babies into this world. Lindsey has a deep understanding of pregnancy and the emotional process every expecting person goes through.

Jennifer will offer her knowledge of herbalism, nutrition, and mindfulness practices into the mix and guide everyone in deep awareness practices that will help with anxiety, sleep, overwhelm, and even the birth itself.
