Description: Family fun yoga will be jam packed with kid friendly yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful activities! Expect to get a little silly with your child, but also walk away with various tools for nervous system regulation. Location: Benevolence Farms Cost: A suggested donation of $30 per family Please bring yoga mats, water, layers and whatever you need to be comfortable outside. A Potluck will be held after class, if you would like to participate please bring a dish to share.
