Wanting deeper connection to your body, mind, and other people?

Come reconnect with your true nature and Nature to recover the life you want with mindful movement, breathwork, play, and free form dance in a safe and intentional community outdoors in beautiful Temescal Gateway Park.

As we take a light stroll through the park the experience will include guidance on how to face stress with simple mindfulness techniques, free form elemental dance movements both with and without music, and authentic sharing and connection. Leave having recovered a little more connection to your best body, mindset, and purpose.

Schedule:
10am-1030am: Gather and ground

1030-11am: Mindfulness and Connection Practices- Light movement exercises, breathwork, and meditation all while hiking through different parts of the park.

11-1230pm: Nature Dance Experience – Dance and play to the inspiration of the shapes, sounds, and movements in Nature with a curated music set in a hidden away clearing.

Costs: Free/Donation based with majority of proceeds going towards local non-profit Tribalights providing mindfulness practices for those suffering mental health issues in underserved populations. No one to be turned away for lack of funds. Priority for vegan sugar/gluten free brownies provided for those who donate $10 or more at least the day before.

– Water and your own container
– Towel, mat, cushion to sit on
– Sunscreen (optional)
– Snacks (optional)

Where to park/meet:
Free parking along Sunset and Temescal Canyon Road, Palisades High. There is also $10 lot parking in the park. Carpool is recommended.

Meeting point will be at the entrance of Temescal Gateway Park in between the road and the first parking lot with the picnic tables and trees.

Please note while we honor everyone’s path in finding ease through life, this is a substance free event so please just bring yourself ready to be recharged by just breathing, moving, and being in Nature.
