Connection + Reflection: A Women’s Circle with Maggie Gold

about this event

These bi-weekly women’s circles are are a beautiful way to ground ourselves through a practice of gentle reflection in the company of women who support, inspire, and uplift each other along the way. They provide a rare and precious opportunity to step away from the stress of the outside world to connect to the wisdom that lies within.

As we journey inward in the presence of an amazing group of women, we foster meaningful connections with one another and with ourselves.

Each circle includes a brief guided meditation followed by a series of questions for reflection, journaling, and soul-nourishing conversation.

This week will focus on the theme of Giving and Receiving. For many of us, we find ourselves in a state of constant giving with little ability to relax and receive, creating unbalanced relationships and leaving us feeling depleted. In this circle, we will explore the ways this pattern plays out in our lives, remembering that just as each inhale must be followed by an exhale, we operate best when our acts of giving are balanced by moments of receiving.
