Community Energy Healing

about this event

In this donation-based group community healing, we will have a safe space to express our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual distress. We will receive guidance from me based on my reading of your energy then I will move into the energy healing portion of the workshop. My healings are a fusion of shamanism, creativity, and spontaneity. Every healing is unique as I work with spirit directly to create something that speaks directly to your soul. We will end with optional shares. Let’s create community.

About Guadalupe:

Hi, I’m Guadalupe. I live in Brooklyn, NY where I was born and raised. I’m a Buddhist dharma practitioner and currently attend retreats in multiple Buddhist traditions, although Tibetan Buddhism has recently become my mainstay. I’ve studied and had initiations in many spiritual modalities before discovering Buddhism. My spiritual journey started when I was introduced to vinyasa yoga in 2012. I recently started practicing Ashtanga after doing vinyasa yoga on and off for a decade. In 2017, I completed a vinyasa yoga teacher training and started teaching yoga immediately. During my teacher training, I was exposed to western astrology and tarot, which I began to study in depth through self-study and eventually with teachers such as Rebecca Gordon. In 2019, I completed all three initiations in Usui Reiki under Thomas Capshew. That same year, I also attended a divine feminine retreat with Urban Goddess Amanda Young and worked with her in multiple programs as well as one on one over the next couple of years. In 2020, I launched a healing business mainly focused at first on astrology and reiki. In 2021, I studied intuitive healing, earthbound spirit release, and cord cutting under Anna Sayce and had the first Munay Karpay initiation in the Q’ero/Incan shamanic tradition with Inca Medicine School. That same year, I attended a sweat lodge ceremony in the Mayan tradition in Tulum, Mexico which deeply impacted my healer’s journey over the course of the next few years. Spirit asked me to step away from healing for those couple of years during which I discovered Buddhism and meditation. Spirit has asked me to work directly with them applying all I’ve learned with the support of Buddhist philosophy and mind training. I relaunched my healing business in the fall of 2023. I hope the future holds a lot more travel, adventure, nature, deep Buddhist practice, and a life rooted in service.

About donation-based:

All my offerings are donation-based.

Give whatever you feel is right in exchange that is also supportive of your well-being.

Any and every amount is welcome. No amount is too small. No amount is too big.

If you’d like to offer a donation that supports your own session and the next person’s, that is welcome.

If you don’t have the capacity to give financially, that’s also welcome

Other ways to give are by referring me to people you feel might benefit from this type of work or sharing your own unique gift. Use your wildest imagination and have fun! If you need context in order to make a donation, please do your own research, as I will not assign a dollar value to my work.

If you need context in order to make a donation, please do your own research, as I will not assign a dollar value to my work.

In addition to supporting my work to be freely accessible to all, your donation goes toward NYC living costs, materials needed for sessions, technology costs (Zoom, scheduling software, website hosting, etc), and travel for in person sessions.

Your donation also supports deep Buddhist practice by supporting me to attend intensive meditation retreats and to support those communities and containers that hold my dharma practice. This work directly translates to my growth as a healer.

Eventually, I hope to host donation-based in person group events as well as do in person sessions beyond NYC. Your support will help me turn that dream into a reality.
