Join Kathleen and Bree for an immersive breath and sound experience. This workshop will include active breath work guided by Bree, which is a somatic technique used to help release tension in the physical body related to repressed emotions. After clearing space in the physical vessel, Kathleen will guide us through a restorative sound journey to assist in a deep release and reflection. Expect to leave feeling lighter and more connected. The room will not be heated. Please bring a yoga mat.
