Ayurveda, the sister of Yoga is one of the worlds’s oldest traditional systems of medicine with a history of more than 5000 years. Ayurveda believes that most diseases emerge due to the malfunction of the digestive system. 

In this seminar, we will discuss and explore the ways and means to keep Digestive health in great and optimal shape using the wisdom of Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle. 

This event will be conducted by Kartikeya Talreja. He is a Los Angeles/Mumbai-based certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Lifestyle coach. He guides his clients who are suffering from digestive issues by educating them to eat a healthy whole plant-based diet, spices, herbs and to adopt a healthy lifestyle using the principles of Ayurveda.

Kartikeya helps people with digestive issues such as Celiac disease, IBS , Ulcerative Colitis, Ulcers , Acid Reflux , Crohns Disease, Gas and Bloating, Constipation, Hemorrhoids, Diarrhea . He uses his understanding of Natures principle ie ” Like increase like and opposites balance” ie the wisdom of Ayurveda to help my clients heal the imbalances in their bodies and minds.
