Join Cultivate. for a weekend getaway in the Catskills in Andes, NY. Check in at Willow Drey Farm will be between 2-4PM on Friday 10/25. First class will be at 5:30pm before Welcome Dinner. Check out will be at 2pm Sunday 10/27.

Your Instructors

Samantha Autry

Samantha Autry is a Pilates Instructor based in Brooklyn, NY. Samantha created Cultivate. in 2018 to share her passions of living a healthy and fulfilled life while still having fun and finding balance of what works in your life.

For the retreat she will be teaching Pilates Fusion and Fascia Release and stretch. Her teaching style is Pilates inspired exercises working on muscles to improve posture and proper movement, while adding in some cardio boosts to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Her workouts are tough, but focused on proper form and keeping the mood light and fun. She will include a Fascia Release and Mobility class over the weekend that will relieve muscle tension, increase mobility in joints, and leave you feeling refreshed for your next workout.

Samantha is Core Pilates NYC Mat Certified, Balanced Pilates NYC 500 HR Apparatus Certified, TriggerPoint Myofascia Release and Mobility Certified. She teaches in multiple studios and with private clients around NYC Pilates, TRX, and Strength Training.

You will leave her workouts feeling lengthened, strengthened, and a little sore in the right places.

Tomas Rodgers

Tomás Rodgers is a fitness professional based in NYC. After 8 years of working in the corporate “rat-race” of the city, Tomás took his passion for fitness, body mechanics, and wellness and turned it into his full time career.

Tomás used his first passion of martial arts to segue into his fitness journey. Already a first degree black belt in Shorinji Kempo Karate, he later became certified as a Budokon Yoga Instructor under the direction of Cancho Cameron Shayne in Miami, Florida. Teaching group fitness in the city for various studios and luxury boutique brands, he developed his B3 Program: Bodies Built on Beat™. B3xT™ is a beat based, interval class, designed to attack the body by burning fat, and building muscle. His class is performed to the pace of music, making it as much fun as it is challenging.

Outside of fitness, Tomás leads a huge initiative in helping others on the subject of self-love and body positivity. Born with a rare vascular condition that left him with a port wine birthmark he now calls his own “natural sleeve tattoo”, his biggest mission is to help others feel comfortable in their own skin, and embrace their uniqueness.
