The Regenerative Real Estate Gathering is a 3 night/4 day retreat for real estate professionals to learn about regeneration in the real estate industry. Our annual Gathering connects leaders and practitioners across an emerging field to foster relationship-building, collaborative-thinking, and participate in rich ceremony.

From architects, builders, designers, realtors, lenders, investors, developers, farmers, nonprofit leaders, and enthusiasts, the Gathering serves to bring like-minded visionaries in community to restore, connect, and expand. By stepping outside of our normal day-to-day to connect with diverse professionals that touch land and home, we begin to see how we are all interconnected.

Experiential learning is a main element of our programming. By convening at River Bend Farm, a 307-acre working farm with 2 Living Building Challenge certified buildings, we have the opportunity to experience a property of the future. The campus provides you access to learn about net-positive water, net-positive energy, incorporating a working agroecology farm, and more.

When we’re not learning and engaging our minds, our rhythm allows plenty of time for open play and community ritual. Mark Voss, biodynamic farmer and regenerative change agent from Madison, WI will lead attendees in a biodynamic land ceremony. We will also have other earth-based rituals to connect us to deeper meanings. Not to mention, the Saco River is perfect this time of year for daily plunges and swims. The kayaks are also available for you to take out and explore the shorelines.
