13 MOONS AT SKYRISE – A Friday the 13th Feminine Honoring

about this event

Friday the 13th. A most powerful day, as marked by the number of the Goddess and the Divine Feminine. Associated with the energies of creation, rebirth and fertility as mirrored in the 13 Moons of a woman’s cycle. This, a day venerated before stories of suspicion and fear took the collective away from its true nature.

So amid present moment of hyper feminine focus, of front and center conversations questioning the autonomy and sovereignty of women’s bodies born of an outdated and damaging patriarchal gaze, we will gather to honor and reclaim the abundant female forces of the Universe, rewriting centuries of suspicion into a new narrative of empowered possibility.

Our time will include a fire offering, ancestral acknowledgement and the transmission of the “Rite of the Womb,” given to each guest (who wishes to receive) by Sarah, who sits amid the first circle of lineage Womb Keepers, this rite channeled through by the Shipibo Grandmother’s to her teacher who then offered it through. This energetic exchange clears the womb of stored fear and pain to make way for creation, beauty and change to birth forth in all forms. We will close with a renaming ceremony and Earth offering in gratitude.
