✨Spiritual Energy – New Moon Sound Bath Meditation✨

As we enter the final month of 2024, we begin the 1st of December with a period of lunar darkness. A new moon in Sagittarius calls for us to manifest the depths of our spiritual energy – our connection to a purpose beyond our self interest that holds a deep set of values for the collective. We tap into an abundant source of spiritual energy that alchemizes the tragedy, mental and emotional drain into compassion, patience, and purpose. This new moon is an ideal time to set new intentions which propel us to envision 2025.

Join us for a very special workshop at shefayoga Venice lead by Joy, Joy & Ramona. Providing a guided sound meditation + reiki intended to heighten your spiritual energy. With the guidance of sound, we can increase spiritual capacity, cut through all dimensions, and increase emotional and mental recovery.

This workshop includes:

– A guided sound meditation to cut across all dimensions

-Extended sound bath with instruments that create transcendental tones intended to bring the body into harmony with the vibrations.

-Each participant receives Reiki

– Guidance card pulling

– Time for group sharing

– Manifestation journaling exercises

Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring your yoga mat/something to lay on, blanket, journal, pen, water/tea and any special crystals or sacred items you’d like to activate. In the days leading up to the event, please think about the intention you would like to set. No experience needed, we just ask that you come with an open mind and open heart.
